Known for its exceptional halal Sunday roasts, The Great Chase is offering a fully halal menu this Ramadan. Its iftar offering includes a multi-course spread starting with bread and date butter. Seasonal starters and light courses include a citrus and fennel carpaccio with blood orange and whipped feta, and a black garlic and wild mushroom soup. For mains, there’s binchotan-grilled beef fillet followed by lemon brulee tart.
Nasheeds will be playing in the background and the call to prayer will be heard every evening to signal the breaking of the fast. There is also a dedicated prayer space with prayer mats.
