Here’s a list of faith-sensitive helplines and community resources to reach out to in times of need, including ways to report Islamophobia
The following faith-sensitive helplines and community support services are available across the UK. Whether you’re looking for someone to talk to, a space to connect with your community, practical support or information about how to report hate crime, we have collated a non-exhaustive list of organisations that can help.
Mental health support
National helpline offering confidential emotional support for all members of the Muslim community. Originally started as a helpline for women, it now supports all people.
Islamic-led support for improving the mental wellbeing of young people.
Muslim Women’s Network Helpline
A culturally sensitive and multi-lingual helpline for those experiencing any kind of abuse. Primarily for Muslim women, it provides support to people of other faiths or no faith.
